The 2024 leadership class of Muscogee Lodge #116 met together at Camp Barstow during the weekend of December 1st through 3rd for the second annual Chief’s Retreat (and Lodge Leadership Development Conference). Goals for each leader during the weekend included learning about the role and responsibilities for the position they will hold for the new lodge year; defining goals and objectives related to each lodge area; planning the intended outputs and desired outcomes for their areas of focus; and, establishing a rapport with their new team members. Teams are organized under the elected Vice Chiefs, as depicted in the organizational chart for the 2024 Lodge Executive Board, below.
