The Spring Fellowship is the first fellowship of the lodge year, where the lodge prepares for the Cornerstone Conclave. Arrowmen will enjoy training sessions, field-day style events, service projects, and an opportunity to earn the Brotherhood honor. Don't miss the beautiful, if unpredictable, fall weather at South Carolina's premiere Scout camp!
The event is open to all dues-paid lodge members, including those who purchased an Annual Pass.
...To Do
The Spring Fellowship is a weekend-long event, featuring games, competition, and preparation for the Cornerstone Conclave. Saturday begins with an early breakfast, followed by a morning of training sessions, service projects, and fun activities. After lunch, each Chapter competes in field-day style events before assembling in the dining hall for the lodge business meeting. After dinner, the lodge will enjoy some free time before returning to the dining hall for a patch auction and a hearty cracker barrel to end the evening.
...Does It Cost
The event is $25 for all dues-paid lodge members, and the cost is included in the price of the Annual Pass. Help us properly plan and buy enough food by registering no later than the Monday before the event.
...To Bring
Eat before you arrive. Bring your 10 Scout Essentials: flashlight, water bottle, sleeping bag, pillow, rain gear, toiletries, towel, sunscreen, bug spray, and spending money for the lodge store; also bring your Scout uniform with OA sash. You may want to pack a tent and sleeping equipment in case all Adirondack spaces are full. The Chapter Chiefs will assign youth Arrowmen to Adirondacks, and adults should bring a tent in case all Adirondacks are occupied. Safe Scouting policies, including Youth Protection, are strictly adhered to regarding all sleeping arrangements, so be prepared.
You can check in Friday AFTER 6:30pm, Officers and event staff will need the time prior to 6:30pm to get prepared to receive you at Camp. The event ends after camp clean up and chapel service on Sunday (around 11:00 AM).
