The flap is a variation of the Muscogee Lodge 2026 Conclave Service Award flap, with several key differences. The fundraiser features “ghosted” stitching, using glow-in-the-dark thread on a white twill background. The words “Muscogee Lodge 116 Service Lodge”, “250”, and “2026 E7 Cornerstone Conclave” are embroidered on the front, and the Muscogee #116 lodge totem is prominently featured in full color.

To ensure fair distribution, there is a purchase limit of 5 flaps per lodge member (please note that you must be dues-paid to be a member). In the event of an oversell, we reserve the right to adjust order quantities to prioritize youth members and Conclave registrants. Additional quantities may be available at the Spring Fellowship. If inventory remains after the event, purchase limits may be increased for remaining stock.
Delivery options include local pick-up and postal mail:
- Pick-up: At the Spring Fellowship or at the Council Office (post-event).
- Shipping: Standard shipping may be purchased for all online orders. The VC Finance Team packages orders at the Spring Fellowship for mailing the week of March 9th.
